The flagship of its spreader portfolio, Alentix sits above the Exacta TL, and provides another option for those seeking the highest accuracy and efficiency with bagged fertilisers.
An Isobus machine, Alentix boasts a hopper capacity of up to 4,700 litres and a spread width of up to 54m. Hopper extensions are no longer bolted together, but clip together, making it easy to add or remove as required.
Application accuracy is managed with four weigh cells working in combination with a dual reference sensor to maintain the desired flow rate, which can be from 0-550kg/min, thanks to an all-new dosing system called Rapid Rate.
Rapid Rate uses a square-shaped aperture mechanism that provides faster regulation of application rates, to meet the demands of variable rate applications and also the sophisticated MultiRate, which applies multiple rates across the chosen working width.
Available with mechanical pto or iDC hydraulic drivelines, Alentix brings additional innovations to market. These include a two-piece spreading disc, which simplifies disc changes when swapping between the different types of eight-vane disc now available; and honeycomb profile hopper grids offer improved material flow.
In addition, the spreader’s rear panel can be folded down to create a robust walkway across the rear of the hopper, while an integrated quick-hitch makes coupling and uncoupling safer and easier.
Alentix includes Sync data transfer and can be used with either the Tellus 700 or 1200 terminals, or any AEF-certified universal terminal. Alentix is priced from £42,305.
